| 摘 要： | 从制度经济学的分析角度,以制度变迁为理论出发点,通过对我国中小银行制度安排的历史分析,解释了制度变迁的理论依据,并探究其在中国金融市场化过程中的制度变迁方式及发展思路,试图寻求一种过渡性的非正式契约安排来较好地解决问题。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of Systematic Economics, taking system changes as the starting point and analyzing historically Chinese medium-scaled and small-scaled banks system arrangement, this thesis points out the theoretical basis of system changes and probes into the changing way and development thinking in the process of commercial marketization in China, and attempts to find a transitional and informal contract arrangement to solve the problems. |
