| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度自2007年在山西省太谷县实施以来,总体运行情况良好,取得了一定的成绩。但同时也暴露出了一些问题,如宣传力度不够、医药价格偏高、用药目录狭窄、报销比例偏低、报销程序复杂、报销不及时、服务态度不尽如人意等。为此应采取积极有效措施,如：尽快出台相关的法律法规、强化政府责任、建立多层次的农村合作医疗保障体系等,以促进山西省新型农村合作医疗制度的完善。
