The crop cultivation technology is the main content of the historical geography of agricultural technology.A set of crop cultivation technology suitable to natural and social development level of the area was formed in Hexi Corridor region in the Qing Dynasty.In agricultural production,people paid attention to taking the land fallow,applying fertilizer,discharging base,watering time and watering soaking the land in winter and autumn.Because of the social and economic decline,conservative farming technology,farmers living in poverty and other factors of influence,crop planting technology in the Hexi Corridor in the Qing Dynasty was still belonged to extensive type,and directly affected the development of local agricultural economy.
