| 摘 要： | 党的领导、人民当家作主与依法治国关系到中国政治体制改革的全局,三者关系的有机统一需要通过具体的制度安排来实现。制度建设的逻辑起点是确定三者关系的价值取向,制度建设的重点是创新党民关系和党法关系。客观分析影响三者关系的经济、社会和文化环境,有助于我们选择推进其制度建设的最佳路径。
