国家文化安全是近年来学术界关注和研究的热点。然而，对于国家文化安全这一新的研究领域来说，许多基础理论的研究工作尚处于探索阶段，学术界对国家文化安全的内涵、本质、维度、关键等基本问题的认识还未达成一致。因此，从对国家文化安全概念的界定出发，对国家文化安全的本质、维度、关键等基本问题进行分析探讨，可以深化国家文化安全的理论研究，从宏观和全局的高度回应好国家文化安全问题。

Thoughts on Basic Issues of Natural Cultural Security

National cultural security, a new field of research, has become a hotspot which has raised plenty of attention in Academia. Nevertheless, many research work about the basic theory in this field is still in the exploratory stage with yet the understanding of the basic problems of its concept, essence, dimensionality and its key factors reaching no agreement. Therefore, starting with the definition of the concept of it, the further analysis and discussion of its essence, dimensionality and key factors can enable the deeper theoretical research of it, through which we can effectively respond to the national cultural security issues from the macro and the overall national strategic height.
