| 摘 要： | 大学生的法律素质对其自身的全面发展和健康成长,对科技进步和先进生产力的发展,对依法治国方略的实施,都有重要意义。问卷调查上海、天津、湖北等省市3 916名本科生的统计分析结果显示:大学生法律素质现状与依法治国的要求尚有一定差距,要提高大学生法律素质水平,必须对大学生法制教育的教育思想、教育内容和教育方法进行全面改革。

| Abstract: | Legal literacy of college students in China is important not only for their personal all-round growth,but also for the implementation of rule of law in the country.A survey of 3,916 undergraduates in Shanghai,Tianjin,and Hubei suggesus that the awareness and knowledge of college students in law still fall behind the requirements of rule of law.To improve the legal literacy of college students,a comprehensive reform must be introduced in the principles,contents and methods of legal education for college students. |
