社区组织是城市社区建设的关键。从社区组织化过程、组织活动方式及其在法制建设中所发挥的作用等方面,运用法律社会学开展实证的研究,以揭示社区组织的完善和健全程度对社区自治发展的制约关系,同时分析社区组织与法律规范体系的协调程度,进而更合理、更科学地调整或配置社区组织,促进城市社区法制的顺利实施及其功能的充分发挥。

Legal and Sociological Reflections on the Construction of Urban Community Organization

Community organization is a key to the urban community construction. This thesis, from the aspects of community organizational process, patterns of organization activities and its impact on the legal system, is to disclose the relationship between the levels of perfection in community organization and the development of community autonomy in sociology of law. Meanwhile , it analysizes the coordination between community organization and legal system, and further more reasonably and scientifically adjusts or allocates community organization to facilitate the fluent execution of urban community legal system.
