| 摘 要： | 连锁零售企业可采用的配送模式主要有四种,即生产企业或供应商直接配送、连锁零售企业自营配送、第三方物流配送和共同配送模式。这四种配送模式产生的背景、运作的特点、利与弊各不相同,连锁零售企业可根据自身的实际情况选择合适的配送模式。

| Abstract: | There are four distribution modes for chain enterprises to adopt,such as direct distribution by the suppliers,distribution by TPL,self-support distribution and joint distribution.Each model has its own background,advantage and disadvantage.Obviously,it is high time for chain enterprises to select the suitable distribution mode in order to improve the efficiency of distribution and solve the problem of distribution. |
