| 摘 要： | 构建科学合理的微观人才教育施教模块，提高我国微观人才教育的有效性和针对性，已经成为摆在我们面前的一项十分重要而紧迫的课题。探索性提出了微观人才教育的6大模块构成：人才人生教育、人才道德教育、人才岗能教育、人才思维教育、人才审美教育、人才健康教育。
