农户合作经济组织内“搭便车”行为的演化及其治理——基于行为门槛的视角

农户合作经济组织作为一个社会群体，农户的“搭便车”行为将导致组织运行的效率低下，其中，农户行为间的相互示范和相互模仿是不可忽略的影响因素。本文基于行为门槛（Threshold Models）理论刻画了组织内部农户行为的传递效应，利用差分方程描绘了农户“搭便车”行为的动态演化过程，分析了动态演化均衡结果的特性，提出了通过提高农户“行为门槛”治理“搭便车”行为的三个策略：源头治理、权利约束和文化培育。
