城乡一体化监测指标体系及其综合评价模型研究

城乡一体化监测是为了考量区域统筹城乡发展现状和发展趋势,从而为政府部门的政策措施及时进行合理的调整提供参考。对城乡一体化进展进行定期监测和测算,目前已成为城乡一体化研究的热点问题。本文首先综述了城乡一体化监测指标筛选的视角标准和指标体系发展现状,尔后根据前期对城乡一体化发展进行深入调查和研究的基础上提出了一套全新的监测指标体系。并基于层次分析法,得出了计算模型中各指标的权重,最后通过对城乡一体化配套改革试点——苏州和成都市的城乡一体化进程进行测算,验证了指标体系和计算模型的科学性和合理性。以期为构建区域尺度城乡一体化监测指标体系提供参考。
