政府驱动的复制式集群转移及其案例分析

集群企业的拆分会促进集群规模的扩大,而拆分企业的集体性空间迁移则实现了集群转移。本文以政府驱动的复制式集群转移模式为研究对象,分析了该模式的学习内容、政府驱动、产业关联和可能存在的链式效应,并对"苏通科技产业园"建设中"苏州-南通"产业集群复制式转移的案例进行了分析。复制式集群转移是实现集群异地转型升级的重要方式,政府应充分发挥其推动和规划作用,结合地方产业基础与产业定位,积极引导复制式集群转移。

Replicative Relocation of Industrial Clusters Promoted by Government:A Case Study

The spawning of firms’ spinoffs in industrial clusters expands the scale of clusters and the spatial group relocation of these firms leads to industrial clusters relocation.Government promote could reduce the relocation stickiness of industrial clusters and guide clusters replicative relocation.Focusing on the pattern of clusters replicative relocation,this paper investigates the matter of clusters replicative relocation,government action,industrial association between clusters and possible clusters’ chain effect.Based on the theoretical analysis above,a case is analyzed about "Suzhou-Nantong" clusters replicative relocation in the process of "Sutong Science and Technology Industrial Park".It concludes that clusters replicative relocation is a significant pattern for transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters and that government should make more planning and concern about its local industrial strategy and location to promote the clusters replicative relocation.
