| 摘 要： | 高等教育的质量始终是高等学校发展的生命线。建立普通高等学校内部教学质量监控体系并使之有效运行是近几年各高校都在研究的重要课题。本文系统阐述了建立普通高校教学质量监控体系应坚持的基本原则和教学质量监控体系的构成 ,说明了教学质量监控体系在建立与实施过程中应注意的问题和实践体会。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality is always the lifeline in the development of institutions of higher education. In recent years it has been a key subject how to establish a monitoring and controlling system of teaching quality and how to operate it effectively in universities and colleges. This paper makes a systematic exposition of the components and the basic principles on which to establish a monitoring and controlling system of teaching quality in universities and colleges. In the paper there are also some experience of the authors and the issues that should be paid close attention to in the establishment and application of the monitoring and controlling system of teaching quality. |
