| Abstract: | This paper presents the gap of pharmaceutical R&D bet we en the world's leading companies and Chinese companies.The authors argue that Chinese pharmaceutical companies can not catch up with the leading co mpanies in resources investment.The successful experience of some Japanese compa nies and western companies showed that good innovation management could offset t his gapAs a result,Chinese pharmaceutical companies should strengthen innovati on management to achieve competitive advantage. |
