澳大利亚职业教育理念的借鉴与启发

摘    要:以建构主义理论和多元智力理论为依据,职业教育课程模式中的新理念不断发展成熟。它提倡的是以学生为学习的主体,以学习技能为核心,以行业需求为导向的职教模式。它更强调学生合作学习,自觉、积极地参与教学活动,养成良好的综合职业能力。

Abstract:Based on the constructuralist theory and the multi-intelligence theory, Australian vocational education model highlights its concept that learning should be student-oriented, vocational-skills-centered, and needs-of-industry-based. It puts emphasis on job-related professional skills and team work, which involves more active participation.
