高校青年教师激励机制探析——基于职业满意度的调查

摘    要:高校青年教师作为教学、科研一线的生力军,担负着越来越重要的责任与使命,是高校人才培养、学科建设的重要人力资源。青年教师正处在创造力的高峰期,又处于事业的起步阶段,值得特别关注。从对高校青年教师“职业满意度”的调查结果可以看出,需要强烈的从业动机,渴望健康、和谐的成长环境,关注专业发展与岗位成就是他们最明显的需求特征。高校应采取兴趣激励、自我实现激励及团队合作激励等方式从不同层面帮助他们摆脱精神困境、提升工作积极性,使其与高校共同健康发展。

Abstract:Young college teachers have been playing a more and more important role in the process of talent production and subject construction as they are a new force in teaching and research. They should be paid more attention to because they are at the peak of creation and the initial stage of their career. Our survey shows that young teachers need to develop strong motivation for their careers and they long for a healthy and harmonious environment for their growth. They care much about their career development and job performance. So universities should help them get out of mental dilemmas and have them take the initiative in work by means of interest incentive, self-realization incentive and team cooperation incentive, thus making them grow with the school in a healthy way.
