摘    要:面对当代社会人性解放和价值多元的现实,规训方法论必然导致道德滑坡和德育危机。倡导自主、平等、共生的对话方法论成为德育的必然选择,它强调人性的未完成性、自组织性、差异平等性,德育的目的是满足具体人的生命尊严和生活幸福,对话是一种教学方法,更是人之为人的生命存在形式、生活的目的和意义所在。

Abstract:In the face of the liberation of humanity and the pluralization of values in modem society, the traditional method is bound to result in moral decline and moral crisis. Therefore, the method of dialogue which advocates independence, equality, coexistence has become an inevitable choice for moral education. This new method lays stress on the incompleteness, the self-organization and the differentiated equality of human nature, and regards realization of dignity and happiness of the individual life as the aim of moral education. Dialogue is not so much a teaching method as a way of life, for the end and the meaning of human life actually lie in dialogue.
