| 摘 要： | 谢希德是一位伟大的女性，她兼科学家、教育家于一身。从“科学救国”到“科学建国”的理想是她对科学事业执著追求背后强劲的动力之源，正是这一强劲动力使她在现实生活中，铸就了坚强、执著、坚定的品格。作为校长，对复旦大学的改革，既体现着她高校管理思想的睿智，又显示出她过人的敢于实践的胆识以及开放的心态。她的高校管理思想和勤奋敬业的精神今天依然激励着后学。

| Abstract: | Xie Xide was a great woman. She was a scientist and an educator. She went after her undertaking in science in order to rescue her motherland from tribulation and make it powerful. Being a woman of high ideals, she became sturdy and persistent and unshakable in her life. And being a president, she made Fudan University better through reform. Her success in running the school embodied her wisdom and bravery. Although she has passed away, her spirit is still inspiring her followers. |
