高校管理应走出企业管理模式的误区

摘    要:高校是培养人才的重要场所,加强和改进高校的管理是实现高校培养人才目标的重要保证,当前我国高校管理出现处处采用企业管理模式现象,如量化管理、结果管理、刚性管理、竞争机制等等,有的管理模式已对高校教育事业产生了严重的危害。高校管理与企业管理存在很大的区别,高校管理应采用有别于企业管理的模式,采取需求管理、进步管理、柔性管理、多元化管理机制等有自身特色的管理模式。

Abstract:Colleges and universities are the important places to produce talents. To strengthen and improve university management is the guarantee of attainment of its goal. At present, university management in China follows the mode of business management in many ways. For example, quantitative management, result man- agement, rigid management and competition mechanism are usually adopted in institutions of higher learning and some of them have done serious harm to the cause of education. However, differences exist between university management and business management. Therefore, different modes of management such as demand management, progress management, flexible management and pluralistic management should be employed instead.
