摘    要:第一轮本科教学工作水平评估历时5年,在取得成绩的同时也存在着一些问题,应该对其加以认真的回顾与反思。新一轮高等学校本科教学评估应立足时代背景,加强高等教育评估法制化建设,注重评估主体多元化、指标体系多样化、指标设计科学化、组织工作规范化和专业论证(评估)制度化,并增强评估的针对性,实施分类评估,在转变教育思想、更新教育观念的同时尽快修订和调整评估标准体系,构建高等教育质量保障的长效机制。

Abstract:Though good results have been achieved in the first round of undergraduate teaching evaluation, there are still a few problems with the assessment. A new round of evaluation should be tailored to the current situation and emphasis should be laid in the process on legalization of higher education evaluation, diversification of evaluation subjects and indexes, classification of the evaluation, standardization of the organization, regularization of the specialized evaluation, improvement of the accuracy of targeting in the evaluation, rectification of the thoughts and ideas of education, revision and adjustment of the evaluation criterion system so as to formulate a long-term higher education quality guaranteeing system.
