| Abstract: | To develop the non governmental finance and to enlarge the financing channels for non governmental enterprises, can attract more non governmental investments and provide more opportunity for employment. Most important of all, this measure can further perfect the financing markets and financing system, and accelerate the development of Chinese economy. But the paper also warns that in this process, supervision should be tighten and corresponding precautions should be taken. |
