| 摘 要： | 钱学森在国内首次提出了"社会工程"的概念,并系统讨论了社会工程概念的理论背景、改造对象和基本任务。他认为社会是一个特殊的复杂巨系统,作为系统工程的一个分支,社会工程可以对组织管理现代化建设具有不可替代的作用。分析和探讨钱学森的社会工程思想具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | Qian Xuesen proposed the concept of social engineering for the first time in China,and has discussed systematically the theoretical background,object to be reformed and basic task of the concept of social engineering.He thought that the society is a great,special and complex system.As a branch of the system engineering,the social engineering may have the huge promotion and instruction function for organizing and managing the modernization.The analysis and discuss of Qian Xuesen's thought of social engineering have extremely important theoretical and practical significance. |
