| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的快速发展,大学生就业问题受到了社会的广泛关注。大学生就业指导是确保大学生充分就业的重要教育环节,针对目前高校就业指导存在的弊端和不足,认真分析研究大学生就业指导中存在的问题与成因,积极探索适合我国国情的大学生就业指导的模式及对策。
