| 摘 要： | 中国的政党监督是中国特色政党制度的重要内容和内在机制,它是一种新型的民主监督。中国政党制度的创新性赋予了中国政党制度下的政党监督新的价值意义。中国政党监督把人民民主作为最高的价值追求,把执政、参政行为作为互相监督的直接指向,把政党制度建设作为实现监督的前提条件。

| Abstract: | In China the supervising of the political parties is the important contents and internal mechanism of the political party system with the Chinese characteristics,which is a new type of the democratic supervising.The creativity of the Chinese political party system endows supervising of the political parties in the Chinese political party system with new meaning of value.The supervising of the Chinese political party takes the people's democracy as the topmost pursue of the value,the activity of coming into power and consulting the power as direct aim of mutual supervising and the construction of the political party system as the precondition of realizing supervising. |
