创造力研究:人力资源管理的一个新视角

摘    要:
创造力是人的一种重要能力,也是人力资源管理的研究对象和研究内容。本文先对创造力研究的源起和最新进展进行了考察,然后分析两个学科之间的内在关系,最后探讨创造力研究的理论进展可能给人力资源管理理论和实践提供的新的支持,可能成为人力资源管理研究的一个新视角。

Abstract:
Creative power is an important capability of human beings as well as the key target and substance of the study of human resource management.This paper investigates the origins and the latest developments of the study of creative power,then analyses its internal relationship between the two disciplines,and finally explores the new support that the theoretical development of the study of creative power may provide to the theory and practice of human resource management.We believe the study of creative power may well become a new angle of the study of human resource management.
