| Abstract: | Creative power is an important capability of human beings as well as the key target and substance of the study of human resource management.This paper investigates the origins and the latest developments of the study of creative power,then analyses its internal relationship between the two disciplines,and finally explores the new support that the theoretical development of the study of creative power may provide to the theory and practice of human resource management.We believe the study of creative power may well become a new angle of the study of human resource management. |
