论智库与知识城市建设的关系——兼论新智库建设方略

知识城市的实质是要顺应经济全球化和知识化的发展趋势，通过资源的有效管理和运作，提升城市的知识、信息拥有量，不断提高城市无形资产，逐步实现以人才、科技、信息、知识等为核心要素的城市科学发展道路和模式。智库是知识城市的重要组成要素，对知识城市建设具有举足轻重的影响。本文对智库与知识城市建设的关系进行了分析，并提出了新时期建设新智库的策略选择。

On the Relationship between Think Tank and Knowledge City Development: Strategies of Building the New Think Tank

It is logical for knowledge cities to correspond to economic globalization and knowledge economy. Expanding the knowledge and information capacity of a city and its intangible assets through effective resource management and operations will gradually direct us to the path of scientific urban development which centers on core factors such as talented personnel, science and technology, information and knowledge. Think tank is an essential and influential component of knowledge city. On illustrating the relationship between think tank and knowledge city development, the author tells us how to build the new think tank under new circumstances.
