| 摘 要： | 章利用灰色系统理论对中国足球运动的发展状况和发展能力进行了预测分析，结果显示中国足球发展系统是一个递增系统，但其发展能力较差，说明中国足球运动的健康发展需要中国足协加大改革力度，从本质上改善中国足球运动发展的内部和外部环境．

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the development of Chinese soccer sport based the on grey system theory the result shows that the Chinese soccer development system is a progressive system, but it does not develop very well. The Chinese Football Association needs further reform to provide favorite conditions for healthy soccer development. |
