论管理模式与培训模式的区别和联系

在中小学教师继续教育模式体系中 ,管理模式和培训模式是继续教育既有区别又有联系的两个子模式。它们之间的根本区别在于不同的职能活动方式。这种区别是由其各自的直接目标和结构要素的不同所决定的。它们之间的联系 ,主要地表现为 :在指向根本目的上完全一致 ,在实现价值目标上密切关联 ,在形成、发展和完善自身的结构与功能方面相互依赖。
