| 摘 要： | 城归青年作为乡村振兴的人才基础,其能否更好地适应乡土社会,对于提升乡村振兴绩效有着重要作用。为了更好地呈现当前城归青年的乡土社会适应性问题,本研究围绕城归青年的乡土社会适应性问题何以体现,城归青年的乡土社会适应性问题缘何产生以及如何帮助城归青年适应乡土社会展开研究。在此基础上,本研究对当前学术界关于城归青年乡土社会适应问题进行研究反思,有助于城归青年成功化解返乡后面临的社会适应性问题,为乡村振兴提供人才保障。

| Abstract: | As the prospective talent of rural revitalization,rural-returned youth’s adaptablity to the rural society plays imprtant role in im-proving the performance of rural revitalization.In order to better present the problem of the rural-returned youth’s adaptability to rural society,this study focuses on how the problem is manifested,why the problem arise,and how to solve it..On this basis,this study reflects on the current academic research on the rural-returned youth’s adaptability to rural society,which is helpful to the rural-returned youth to successfully resolve the social adaptation problems to become talents for the rural revitalization. |
