| 摘 要： | 生态脆弱区是我国生态问题突出、经济相对落后和人民生活贫困的地区。加强生态脆弱区保护，增强生态环境监管力度有利于维护生态系统的完整性，实现人与自然的和谐发展。本文从生态脆弱区的特征和存在的生态问题入手，分析了目前我国环境立法对生态脆弱区的调整现状与存在问题，提出制定一部“生态脆弱区法”的设想。

| Abstract: | The ecology-fragile region is the territory with serious ecological problems,relatively backward economy and poverty.Strengthening the protection on ecology-fragile regions and enhancing environmental supervision are helpful to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem,and realize the harmonious development between human and nature.In this article,beginning with the characteristics of ecology-fragile regions and the existed ecological problems,we analyze the current environmental legislation in China on the ecology-fragile regions on the currency of administration.At last,this paper raises an idea of ecology-fragile region law. |
