| 摘 要： | 电子商务信用问题已经成为影响电子商务发展的重要因素。针对辽宁省电子商务信用体系建设障碍问题进行分析,这些问题有些是辽宁省的具有个性的问题,但更多的是全国范围内具有共性的问题。在此基础上提出辽宁省电子商务信用体系建设的对策。

| Abstract: | Credit has become the important influence factor of electronic commerce development.This paper mainly analyzed the problems in the construction of electronic commerce credit system in Liaoning province.Some problems referred to Liaoning province,and the majority happened elsewhere in the country.The countermeasures to solve the problems were put forward as well. |
