病态人格行为特征与违法犯罪特点

病态人格即非精神病性精神障碍,是人格偏向发展的极端化。其形成是个体生物因素、心理因素和社会因素交互作用和恶性发展的必然。与正常人格者违法犯罪相比,病态人格者的犯罪具有更大的隐蔽性、突发性和社会危害性。病态人格者违法犯罪虽然需要承担相应的法律责任,但在对其处罚的同时,应给予他们更多的人文关怀,注重心理矫正和预防。

On the Behavioral Character of Personality Disorder and Crime Feature

Personality disorder or non-psychopathic mental disorder is the extreme form of the unbalance development of personality.It is the inevitable outcome when individual biological diathesis、psychological condition and social factor combined and went malignantly.In this case,emotion and sensibility are ruled by instinctive desire,and the personality turn out to be marble and lack sympathy;thus the crime is more covert and harmful when it break out in a sudden,compared with the crime commit by normal person.Though people with personality disorder should be liability for their crime,they should be given more humanistic care during their punishment,and more attention should be paid to psychological rectification and prevention.
