| 摘 要： | 在华苏联专家曾是中苏经济关系的纽带.然而随着20世纪50年代中苏关系的恶化和中国国内政策的左转,苏联专家在中国"大跃进"的特殊年代里已无用武之地.与此同时,中国已培养出一大批可以代替苏联专家的人才.中共已做好了应付突发事件的心理准备.苏联专家的撤走和中国自力更生口号的提出,标志着新中国自此改变了依靠苏援发展中国经济的方针.

| Abstract: | The Soviet experts in China were a ligament in the SinoSoviet economic relations.However,with the deterioration of the relations and the left turn of China's internal politics,Soviet experts became powerless in the special period of Great Leap Forward.At the same time,China had already trained large numbers of talents who could replace Soviet experts.The Chinese Communists had prepared themselves for the unexpected.The withdrawal of the Soviet experts and the slogan of Great Leap Forward marked China's change from its dependence on the Soviet Union in economic development. |
