关于建构能力社会新秩序的思索

知识经济时代“能力本位”的核心价值观 ,即是从时代精神的反映中提升出来的一种超越现实的、并为人们追求的理想目标 ,具有神圣性和目的性 ;同时 ,也是一种正在被我国社会逐步实现的现实和事实 ,具有现实性和工具性 ,我们应以“能力本位”为核心理念来建构当代中国社会生活新秩序。由此 ,我们必须在 2 1世纪实行实力主义发展战略 ,进行能力建设 ,创建能力社会。

Reflection on Establishing a New Order of Ability Society

In the age of knowledge economy, the core value of "ability as the center", coming from the spirit of the age and pursued by people, is an ideal goal with characteristics of super-reality, holiness and purpose. In the meantime, it is gradually becoming a reality and fact. We should establish a new order of the contemporary society in China according to "ability as the center". Thus, we must carry out the development strategy of strength and ability construction and establish a ability society.
