国企职工思想教育工作问题与解决途径

目前,国企职工思想教育工作的主要问题是:方式方法陈旧,缺乏良好的运作机制;政工人员墨守陈规、创新意识不强;政工队伍整体素质不高、缺乏知识含量;企业改制过程的环境地位变化,使部分政工人员“忠诚度”不够。在充分认识思想政治工作重要性的前提下,必须提高政工人员素质,建设专兼结合的大政工队伍;注意方式方法,变被动为主动;建立良性循环的竞争机制,调动政工干部的积极性。

The Work of Ideological Education of Workers in SOEs: Problems and Solutions

At the present time,major problems in the work of ideological education of workers in SOEs include:outdated methods and styles;weak innovation awareness;low overall quality of political workers;weak sense of devotion among some political workers.To solve these problems,we should thoroughly understand the importance of ideological and political work,and on this basis direct our efforts to the following aspects:improving the quality of political workers;paying attention to method and style; establish the competition mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of political workers.
