| 摘 要： | 教师人格的培养与师德的建设是一项复杂的系统工程.文章在分析教师理想人格实现途径的基础上,提出要以教师理想人格的培养作为教师人格与师德建设的终极目标,要以理想人格培养的途径来统领整个教师人格的培养与师德的建设,从而最终实现教师理想人格与师德建设的统一.
