| 摘 要： | 当今社会渴求创新性人才,开展创新教育日益成为高校的重要任务之一。营造培育创新型人才的环境,必须重视大学文化巨大的潜移默化的影响力。从大学文化建设入手,以大学就业文化建设推动高校创新教育的命题,探讨其对于大学创新型人才培养的作用和路径。

| Abstract: | Innovative talents are seriously needed in the current world; therefore,to carry out innovative education has gradually become the key task of colleges and universities. In order to create an atmosphere of cultivating innovative talents,we must put emphasis on the huge imperceptible influence of college culture. This essay starts with the construction of college culture,puts forward the proposition of promoting colleges’ innovative education through the cultural construction of college employment,and probe into its approaches and its effects on the cultivation of college innovative talents. |
