| Abstract: | This paper traces back to the historical heritage of translation studies in Tsinghua University in its earlier stage. By reviewing some typical scholars, namely, LIANG Qichao, WANG Guo-wei, ZHAO Yuan-ren, ZHU Zi-qing, WEN Yi-duo, JIN Yue-lin, HE Lin and QIAN Zhong-shu, it reveals their pioneering work in translation theory and practice, thus affirming their contributions to the Chinese translation studies. |
