高校招生宣传工作实效性之我见

随着高等教育大众化,高校生源竞争日趋激烈,生源质量直接关系着学校的生存和发展。招生宣传已成为各高校争取生源的主要途径之一,恰当、有效的招生宣传工作非常必要,但需要着重处理好几种关系:考生获取招生信息渠道的有效利用与招生宣传效果之间的关系;确定招生宣传范围和对象,有针对性进行招生宣传工作与提高招生宣传效益的关系;招生咨询指导性、服务性与责任性之间的关系;宣传工作连续性、经常性与宣传实效性之间的关系等等。使高校招生宣传工作既能提高宣传的质量,又能增强宣传工作的实效性。

My Opinion about Strengthening Actual Effect of the High School Enrolment Propaganda Work

As popularization of higher education and very intense competition for student resources among high schools,the quality of student resources would directly affect university's survival and development.The enrolment propaganda becomes one of the central ways for contesting students.The appropriate and effective enrolment propaganda is essential,but then it is necessary to deal with some relation well: between utilizing enrolment message ways effectively that students obtained and the effect of the enrolment propaganda,between deciding extent and object to carry out enrolment propaganda work correctly and improving work effect,between instruction and service and responsibility of the enrolment consultation,between continuance and actual effect of the propaganda work,etc.Dealing with the relations effectively would improve the quality of propaganda,and strengthen actual effect of the propaganda work.
