| 摘 要： | 劳动力转移是劳动力市场供求关系的反映。我国劳动力市场四元特征影响了农业剩余劳动力的转移。本文从实证角度研究了四元市场对农业剩余劳动力转移的作用和贡献,从而可知,农业剩余劳动力转移必须从四元劳动力市场出发,完善劳动力市场;发展非农产业和城市非正规产业;加强小城镇建设以促进农业剩余劳动力的转移。

| Abstract: | The migration of labor is the reflection of supply and demand in the labor market.Four classes in the labor market affect the migration of rural surplus labor.The paper studies the function of four classes in the migration of rural surplus labor and finds out that perfecting the labor market,developing urban informal industry and nonagricultural industry,and strengthening the construction of the small cities can accelerate the migration of rural surplus labor.. |
