Strategy analysis of revitalizing the economy based on SWOT in Heilongjiang Province

In order to revitalyze the economy of Heilongjiang Province,using the SWOT analysis method,the paper analyzes the superiorities in geography,location and resources,and inner inferiorities in financy and technology.The paper also discusses the chances and threats in some aspects such as national policy and local environment during the period of time for economic development.Based on this,Heilongjiang Province should seize the opportunity of developing special agriculture,improve the invest environment,build a prosperous Heilongjiang through science and education,transform the way of economic growth,create an ideal economic developing environment and seek for a strategy of revitalize economy fitting for inner characteristics.
