| Abstract: | Strategic Philosophy is strategic way.The contradiction between freedom and limitation is a strategic basic one.The strategy is the way of competing the freedom.The paradigm of temporal strategy among strategic paradigms is predominating in the 21 centuries,and there is "the strategic gold point"in the strategic opportunity,so "with weak win strong" and "with inferior win excellent" don't establish,The problem of the power between freedom and limitation is a strategic basic problem,and the strategic revolution will take place,the strategic philosophy will build up. |
