| 摘 要： | 东北亚地区是世界经济发展最具活力的地区之一,但众多的区域纷争与矛盾给东北亚区域的发展带来很大的困扰。对话与合作机制是一种具有灵活、务实、协调等特性的国际制度,它对东北亚的政治稳定、经济发展具有重要的实践和理论意义。东北亚区域在构建这种机制中存在着可行性,应该遵循平等互利、政治互信、求同存异、区域认同等基本原则。
