| 摘 要： | 党的十七大对我国今后五年"加快行政管理体制改革,建设服务型政府"作出了总体部署,提出了一系列新观点、新概念、新任务和新举措,对今后五年乃至更长时期推进行政管理体制改革具有重大而深远的指导意义。文章从分析建设服务型政府的意义着手,对目前如何推进服务型政府建设进行了探索和研究。

| Abstract: | The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a general arrangement for "accelerating the reform of administrative system and constructing a service-oriented government" in 5 years,and proposed a series of new ideas,conceptions,tasks and measures,which will be of far-reaching directive significance to the reform in the future.The paper starts with an analysis of the significance to the construction of a service-oriented government and probes into the approaches to the improvement. |
