认识及其限度--论个体认识的可能性

认识是在人的意识中反映或观念地再现现实的过程.无论对于自身还是其所处世界,人类的认识及认识结果的知识都具有不确定性.认识的限度表现为作为过程的认识和作为状态的认识都无法逃避认识的可能性问题.从本质上讲,认识的限度及个体认识的可能性源于主客二分、心身对立,因此,解决心身问题成为解决上述问题的关键.

Cognition and its limits:a study of the possibility of individual cognition

Cognition is a process that reflects or conceptually represents the reality in human mind. No matter which is concerned, the self or the world where one lives, human cognition and his knowledge feature incertitude. The limits of cognition show that neither cognition-as-process nor cognition-as-status could evade the problem of cognition possibility. Intrinsically, the limits of cognition and possibility of individual cognition both result from separation of subject and object and opposition of mind and body. Therefore, settlement of mind-body problem is central to the problems above.
