| 摘 要： | 南京国民政府十年时期的杭报娼妓书写,建构了苦难与放荡的双重娼妓形象.杭州政府的治娼行动缘于其铲除社会阴暗面、展现政权尊严的理念.同时,地方政权具体采取何种治娼模式,则受多种因素影响.
