| 摘 要： | 日本民主党执政以后,尽管民主党在其政治纲领中表示遵守《中日联合声明》,鸠山政府也表示要对华推行"友爱外交",但由于民主党涉台政策"两面性"、"友爱外交"局限性及国会亲台势力的重新分化、组合,民主党政权仍然会秉持"一个中国"政策的基本立场,在不破坏中日战略互惠关系的基础上提升日台关系。中国应在巩固中日关系既有框架的同时,进一步拓展对日外交,推动日本对华友好力量的提升。

| Abstract: | After the Democratic Party of Japan has taken office,the "seisaku2009" said it would follow "The Joint Communiqué of the Government of Japan and the Government of the People's Republic of China". However,under the condition of not harming the sustainable development of strategic relations of mutual benefit between China and Japan,the Democratic Party of Japan would continue to promote Japan-Taiwan relations. This is due to the dual effects of "seisaku2009" ,the limitations of "Friendship Diplomacy" ,and the changes of Pro-Taiwan caucuses movement. Therefore,China should strengthen the official relations with Japan,and promote the pro-China caucuses movement. |
