| 摘 要： | 奉系军阀为壮大军事实力,于1922年8月接管吉黑江防舰队,改建为东北江防舰队。1926年春,正式创建东北海军。东北海军是一支包括江防、海防、水上航空、陆战队、军事教育以及各种后勤支援在内的机制较为健全的近代化海军,为当时全国军阀中海军之最。尽管东北海军在存在其间充当了奉系军阀统治东北和发动内战的军事工具,但在对外战争中也发挥了一定的积极作用,在近代中国海军史占有一定的地位。 |

| Abstract: | After the first ZhiFeng war,the Manchurian warlord decided to establish their own navy in order to enhance their strength.In the spring of 1926,the Northeast naval headquarter was set up,which officially signified the birth of the navy of Northeastern troops.The navy of Northeastern troops was a modern navy with a perfect mechanism,which includes river defense,sea defense,sea aviation,Marine Corps,military education and different kinds of logistic supports.It takes a certain place in the modern history of Chinese navy. |
