| 摘 要： | 厘定执政伦理研究的基本范畴是进行执政伦理研究的前提和基础。大致说来,执政伦理研究的基本范畴主要有:执政价值、执政价值合理性、执政工具合理性、执政正当性、执政善、执政责任。厘定执政伦理研究的基本范畴对深化执政伦理的研究具有重要意义。
