摘    要:馒头的历史源远流长,就馒头的起源及甘肃民间习俗中馒头的功能作了介绍与分析,同时阐释了馒头包含的文化意蕴。

Abstract:Steamed bread has a long history.The paper introduces and analyzes the origin of steamed bread and the functions of it in the folk custom of Gansu Province and it then discusses the cultural connotations involved in the culture of steamed bread.
